One of the founding companies at Nactarome, AromataGroup has a strong Italian footprint and tradition, with over 50 years heritage in the development, manufacturing and distribution of flavours and aromatic extracts for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. AromataGroup can also offer over a century experience in colour manufacturing, thanks to world-renowned, leading colour brand FiorioColori. The company brings to the Group a widely recognised expertise in alcoholic beverages and traditional Italian gelato taste and colour solutions.
IPAM: Quality Food Ingredients Inspired by Italian Taste and Culinary Heritage.
The Italian leader in the creation and manufacturing of breading solution with 60% market share, Parma-based IPAM develops, manufactures, and distributes high-quality breadcrumbs and bread products for fillings and coatings for the country leading manufacturers as well as for foodservice and retail channels. Acquired by the Group in 2019, Ipam also offers a broad range of powder blends for batters and tempura preparations, but also for sauces, dressings, and marinades.

Nactis Flavours is the result of multiple acquisitions over time and has a production footprint in France (3 plants) and Belgium (1 plant). The company can boast over half a century of expertise in developing, manufacturing, and distributing of flavours, taste enhancers and functional taste and texture solutions, including a broad range of nut pastes. Nactis have a strong reputation in specialty ingredients, taste, and texture solutions for the traditional bakery and artisanal French style ice cream markets, with the well-known Sevarome brand.
Create Flavours: Synthetic, Natural & Clean Label Taste Solutions.
Acquired by Nactarome in early 2020, UK-based Create Flavours is a leading producer of natural top-note flavourings for the food and beverage markets, strategically positioned in one of the most innovative and fastest growing countries in Europe. Create Flavours develops, manufactures, and distributes a complete range of natural and clean label taste solutions, taste enhancers and modulators, as well as cost-effective taste solutions and encapsulated taste systems.
TasteConnection: Natural, Clean Lable, Provenanced. Taste & Seasonings Solutions.
Acquired in early 2021, UK-based TasteConnection is a leading company for the development, manufacturing, and supply of premium and on-trend seasonings and flavourings, with a strong focus on provenanced, natural ingredients. With this acquisition, the Group has strengthened their capabilities in offering authentic, regional, local, artisan, bespoke and unique ingredients, sourced from the far corners of the world, while at the same time entering the fast-paced sweet and savoury snacks arena.
Pharmorgana: Distribution & Technical Sales for Colours.
The acquisition of Eppstein-based Pharmorgana GmbH was completed in May 2021 and was a strategic step in strengthening the Group position in continental Europe. Pharmorgana operates as a distributor and technical support centre for food colourings. It has helped to create a solid and significant presence for FiorioColori in the German market, both in the F&B sector and especially in Life Sciences – cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, detergents, personal care as well as niche applications such as inks and agricultural products.
FIAS: Vanilla Expertise, Natural Flavours, Emulsions, Aromatic & Botanical Extracts.
The latest addition to the Nactarome Group, acquired in mid-November 2021, Italian-based FIAS – Fabbrica Italiana Aromi Speciali is a leading producer of natural top-note flavourings, botanical extracts, and emulsions with over half a century expertise and know-how, for the sweet and beverage markets, with a particular competence in the Italian traditional ice cream. FIAS also contributes to strengthening the Group access to vanilla-based raw materials by bringing in-house competences, know-how and close relationships with strategic natural vanilla suppliers.
